On Wednesday, October 2, at noon, in Gittis 214, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Scott Keller for a discussion on partisan gerrymandering. A graduate of Texas Law, Mr. Keller clerked for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Justice Anthony Kennedy of the Supreme Court. Mr. Keller has served as the Texas Solicitor General and currently practices at Baker Botts, where he chairs the firm’s Supreme Court and Constitutional Law Practice. He has argued 11 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court. Joining Mr. Keller for this discussion will be Frank Goodman, a Penn Law Professor. Greek Lady, with a kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
