Mr. Keller has served as the Texas Solicitor General and currently practices at Baker Botts, where he chairs the firm’s Supreme Court and Constitutional Law Practice. Pryor Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. A graduate of Tulane Law, Judge Pryor clerked for the Honorable John Minor Wisdom of the Fifth Circuit and later served as the Attorney General of Alabama. In conjunction with sitting on the Eleventh Circuit, Judge Pryor also serves on the U.S. Sentencing Commission. Judge Pryor will be discussing Justice Scalia and Democracy, examining Scalia’s jurisprudence through a lens of the promotion of self-government. After graduating from Yale Law School, Judge Bibas clerked for Judge Patrick Higginbotham on the Fifth Circuit and Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court. Before being nominated to the Third Circuit, Judge Bibas was a federal prosecutor, a professor at Penn Law, and a leading criminal procedure scholar. Judge Bibas will be providing an introduction to the Federalist Society, offering a unique insight into the purpose and goals of the national organization.
