On Wednesday, October 10 (6:00), please join the Federalist Society and APALSA for a debate on this question. Arguing for the proposition is Professor Richard Sander of UCLA Law. Professor Sander received his law degree, as well as a Ph.D. in economics, from Northwestern. In addition to teaching, he is currently an advisor to the plaintiffs in the Harvard affirmative action litigation. Arguing against the proposition is Professor Jonah Gelbach. Professor Jonathan Klick will moderate.
​The event will take place at 6 PM in Gittis 1 and dinner from Wishbone will be served.
