A graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law, Judge Brennan clerked for Chief Judge Robert Warren on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and for Judge Daniel Manion on the Seventh Circuit. Before being appointed to the Seventh Circuit, he served as an assistant district attorney in Milwaukee and as a judge on the Milwaukee County Circuit. A graduate of Yale Law, Professor Rosenkranz clerked for Judge Frank Easterbrook on the Seventh Circuit and for Justice Anthony Kennedy at the Supreme Court. He served as an Attorney-Advisor at the Office of Legal Counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice and often testifies before Congress as a constitutional expert.
