On Wednesday, March 27, at noon, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Professor Jennifer Mascott for a conversation on the future of Administrative Law Judges in the wake of the recent Lucia decision. Professor Mascott, a graduate of George Washington Law School, clerked for then-judge Brett Kavanaugh and Justice Clarence Thomas before entering academia. Her legal scholarship focuses on administrative law and federal courts. Joining Professor Mascott for this discussion will be David Zaring, an Associate Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at Wharton. The event will take place in Gittis 213. Chick-fil-A, as well as a Kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
