Problems of the Modern Regulatory State

On Thursday, February 14, at noon, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Mr. Eugene Scalia for a conversation on the problems of the modern regulatory state. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Mr. Scalia is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn, where he Co-Chairs the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Group. Ms. Scalia also serves as a lecturer in labor and employment law at the University of Chicago Law. Joining Mr. Scalia for this discussion will be Sophia Lee, a Penn Law Professor of Law and History. The event will take place in Gittis 214 and food from Baby Blues, along with a Kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
