On Wednesday, April 10, at noon, in Gittis 213, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Judge James Ho of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Stephanos Bibas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, for a conversation on transitioning into a federal judicial role. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Judge Ho clerked for Judge Jerry Smith (5th Cir.) and Justice Clarence Thomas. He also served in the Justice Department and as Chief Counsel to Sen. John Cornyn on the Judiciary Committee before his tenure as the Texas Solicitor General. Lunch from Primo’s Hoagies, and a Kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
