Picture
On Thursday, April 11, at noon in Gittis 213, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Judge Thomas Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Judge Griffith served as Legal Counsel to the United States Senate, providing nonpartisan legal advice during President Bill Clinton's impeachment trial. He briefly returned to private practice before becoming General Counsel of Brigham Young University, his alma mater. Judge Griffith will be discussing the relationship between civic charity and the Constitution. Lunch from Chick-fil-A will be served and a Kosher/vegetarian option will be available.
