On Thursday, September 24, at 12:30 please virtually join the Penn Law Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society in welcoming Michael Huston, Assistant to the Solicitor General of the U.S. Department of Justice for a discussion on the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court term. Mr. Huston previously practiced appellate and administrative law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, DC. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States, and to the Honorable Raymond M. Kethledge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit after graduating first in his class from the University of Michigan Law School. Joining Mr. Huston for this discussion will be Penn Law Professor Kermit Roosevelt. DoorDash vouchers will be sent to the first 40 registrants provided they attend the event.
