On Wednesday, February 5, at noon, in Gittis 214, please join the Federalist Society in welcoming Misha Tseytlin, the former Solicitor General of Wisconsin, for a discussion of the landmark gerrymandering case, Gill v. Whitford.  A graduate of Georgetown Law, Mr. Tseytlin clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Janice Rogers Brown on the D.C. Circuit, and Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court.  For more than three years, Mr. Tseytlin served as the Solicitor General of Wisconsin.  In this role, Mr. Tseytlin argued Gill v. Whitford, winning a 9-0 victory at the Supreme Court.  Joining Mr. Tseytlin will be Judge James J. Eisenhower, a member of the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline.  Food from Pattaya, along with a Kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
