A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Ms. Hilton is an author, law professor, and former FBI Special Agent. She will be discussing the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment in the aftermath of Gamble v. United States. Ms. Ciano has served as senior counsel for Uber for more than three years, dealing with many of the legal and regulatory issues the company has faced during that time. Joining Ms. Ciano will be Penn Law’s own Professor Elizabeth Pollman, an expert in regulation, startups, and the intersection of law and technology.
