12:00PM - February 6, 2020 - Gittis 214 On Thursday, February 6, at noon, in G214, please join the Federalist Society and the Kairos Open Discourse Society as we welcome Mr. John Malcolm to discuss the merits and critiques of the death penalty. Mr. Malcolm is the Vice President for the Institute for Constitutional Government, and the Director of the Meese Center for Legal & Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Harvard Law, Mr. Malcolm has spent several stints with the Department of Justice, as an assistant U.S. attorney in Atlanta and as deputy assistant attorney general in the Criminal Division. Joining Mr. Malcolm for this important discussion will be Penn Law’s Claire Finkelstein. Yiro-Yiro, along with a Kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
