Please join the Penn Law Federalist Society on Thursday, January 31, at noon, in welcoming Professor Randy Barnett of Georgetown Law for a critical assessment of substantive due process. A graduate of Harvard Law, Professor Barnett is an expert in constitutional law, having argued before the Supreme Court in the landmark Commerce Clause case, Gonzales v. Raich. He also served as counsel for the NFIB in its challenge to the ACA. Professor Mitchell Berman, the Leon Meltzer Professor of Law and Philosophy here at Penn Law, will respond to Professor Barnett's argument. The event will take place in Gittis 213.
