February 19, at noon, in Gittis 2, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Judge Stephen Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Judge Williams served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and taught at the University of Colorado School of Law. Judge Williams will be discussing the relationship between an increasingly powerful and centralized government and an increasingly polarized electorate. Professor Kermit Roosevelt will moderate the event. Lunch from Primo’s Hoagies will be served, and a Kosher/vegetarian option will be available.
