On Tuesday, April 2, at noon, join the Federalist Society in welcoming Deputy Solicitor General Jeff Wall for a conversation on the role of the Solicitor General, and a discussion of some of the biggest cases from the current Supreme Court term. A graduate of U. Chicago Law, Mr. Wall clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas before entering private practice at Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Wall has argued before the Supreme Court 16 times. Mr. Wall represented the United States before the Ninth Circuit in Hawaii v. Trump, the recent “travel ban” decision. The event will take place in Gittis 2 and lunch from Chick-fil-A will be served. A Kosher/vegetarian option will be available.
