12:00 pm - October 30, 2019 - Gittis 214 On Wednesday, October 30, at noon, in Gittis 214, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society and Penn Business Law Association in welcoming Sarah Harris for a discussion (sponsored by Grover Hermann Lectures in Law) on the Puerto Rico Fiscal Control Board appointments controversy. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Ms. Harris clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas and served as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice. She is currently a partner at Williams & Connolly in Washington D.C. Joining Ms. Harris for this discussion will be David Zaring, a Wharton professor. Mexican food, with a kosher/vegetarian option, will be served.
