On Thursday, November 14, at noon, in Gittis 213, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Judge John K. Bush of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (sponsored by Grover Hermann Lectures in Law). After graduating from Harvard Law School, Judge Bush served as a law clerk to Judge J. Smith Henley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and began his legal practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington D.C. Prior to joining the court, Judge Bush was a partner in the Louisville office of Bingham Greenebaum Doll, where he co-chaired the firm’s litigation department.
