On Thursday, October 17, at noon, in Gittis 213, please join the Penn Law Federalist Society in welcoming Michael Stokes Paulsen of the University of St. Thomas School of Law for a discussion on constitutional interpretation. After graduating from Yale Law School, Professor Paulsen joined the Department of Justice in the Criminal Division Honors Program, and has also served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of Legal Counsel. He is among the nation’s leading scholars of constitutional interpretation. Joining Professor Paulsen for this discussion will be Professor Michael Gerhardt, a visiting scholar at Penn Law.
