President - Cole Wintheiser
Cole is a 3L, born and raised in the hometown of Marshall Erickson--St. Cloud, Minnesota. Cole received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he became an avid fan of college football, basketball, and hockey. Cole spent his 1L summer interning for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden. This past summer, Cole worked in the litigation department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. After graduation, Cole will head west to Pittsburgh to clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Along with his involvement with the Federalist Society, Cole is an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, a member of the Penn Law Mock Trial team, and a member of the Keedy Moot Court Board. Outside of law school, Cole loves to run, and is currently training for both the New York City Marathon and the Boston Marathon.
Vice President of Internal Affairs - Jonathan Hoffman
Jonathan is a 3L originally from Houston, Texas. He started at Penn Law following his graduation from Yeshiva University in 2017. Having spent his 1L summer at the Office of the Solicitor General of Texas, Jonathan will be traveling to NYC to Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett following graduation. In addition to his role as VP of Internal Affairs of Penn's Federalist Society, he is the Production Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and member of the Council of Student Representatives.
Vice President of External Affairs - Isabel Redleaf
Isabel is a 3L, hailing from the Arctic Tundra of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where she lost all tolerance for the cold. As such, she spent this past summer in Dallas, TX., to further avoid any possibility of cold weather, and to work at Husch Blackwell. She spent her 1L summer in the Bay Area working for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to her involvement with the Federalist Society, Isabel is research assistant for Professor Shyam Balganesh, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law, a Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition Fellow, and a proud member of Penn Law Boxing. Isabel enjoys traveling, One Direction, and Quizzo.
Director of Programming - Ben Gilberg
Ben Gilberg is a 2L who was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City. Ben attended Binghamton University, where he graduated with a double major in History and Political Science in May of 2018. While at Binghamton, Ben was a resident assistant, a tour guide, and an active member of student government. In addition to his involvement in the Federalist Society, Ben is on the Student Orientation Committee and is a part of the Penn Law Bowling League (Fall 2018 Champion). This summer, Ben interned for Judge Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. During his free time, Ben enjoys playing pick-up soccer and basketball, reading biographies, and watching Game of Thrones.
Director of Operations - Jonathan Sargent
Johnathan is a 2L student at Penn Law, born and raised in Flint, Michigan. A Penn lifer, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Political Science and History. Before law school he worked as a congressional staffer in Washington, D.C. He is always happy to talk about politics, policy, Michigan, and where to find the best hamburger.
Treasurer - Andrew Lief
Andrew is a 2L from New York City. After graduating from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems, Andrew spent three years crossing the country as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the aerospace and defense sector. Andrew spent his 1L summer at The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. In addition to his involvement with the Federalist Society, Andrew mentors incoming law school students as part of Penn Law's Morris Fellow Mentorship Program. During his free time, Andrew enjoys swimming, listening to Radiolab, and reading this Twitter feed.
Director of Membership - Andrea Leelike
Andrea Leelike is a 2L who grew up sailing in the small Long Island town of Bellport, NY. She graduated from Boston University in 2016 with a B.S.B.A., concentrating in Business Law and minoring in Deaf studies. In addition to being the Director of Membership of the Federalist Society, she is a member of the Student Orientation Committee, the President of F.E.A.S.T. @ Penn Law, the Events Chair for the Public Speaking Society as well as a member of Penn Law Women’s Association, Environmental Law Project, Christian Legal Society, and First Generation Professional Students. She spent her 1L summer in-house at West Pharmaceuticals and will be splitting her time next summer between the New York and London offices of Milbank.
Director of Communications - Brandon Mayhew
Brandon completed his DipHE at the University of St Andrews, where he focused on international relations and economics, and then received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Washington and Lee University. Before entering law school, Brandon was a consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton’s defense and intelligence group in Washington, DC. He enjoys wine, American history, French, Spanish, architecture, engineering, and fishing.
Digital Director - Molly Nichols
Molly is a 2L from Dartmouth, MA., who attended Trinity College where she graduated summa cum laude with Honors in Political Science. In addition to her role as the Digital Director of the Federalist Society, Molly serves as a Founding Board Member of the National Association for Law Students with Disabilities and is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She currently serves as a Research Assistant for Professor David Hoffman. This summer she interned for the Legal Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia where she continues to work part-time. Molly enjoys weightlifting and cooking Italian cuisine.
Director of Mentorship - Lavi Ben-Dor
Lavi is a 3L originally from Tel Aviv, Israel and raised in Wayne, PA. Lavi graduated from the Wharton School, where he studied finance, marketing, and mathematics, before making the trip down the street to Penn Law. He spent his 1L summer interning in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in New York. This past summer, Lavi worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York, where he will return after graduation. Lavi will also clerk for Judge Kent A. Jordan of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his role with the Federalist Society, Lavi serves as an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, a member of the Keedy Cup Moot Court Board and Penn Law Mock Trial Board, a research assistant for Professor Cary Coglianese, and an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor. In his free time, Lavi enjoys hiking, traveling, skiing, and playing the flute.
Symposium Director - Jacob Abrahamson
Jacob is a Penn Law 3L from Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Louisville, where he served as Chair of the McConnell Scholars Program. In addition to his work with the Federalist Society, Jacob serves as an Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He spent his 2L summer at Dinsmore & Shohl in Louisville and was an intern at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals during his 1L summer. After graduation, he will clerk for Judge Danny Reeves of the Eastern District of Kentucky and Judge John K. Bush of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jacob enjoys watching baseball, listening to classic rock, and reading American history.
Director of External Alumni Outreach - Rachel Spivack
Rachel is a 2L from Brooklyn, New York. Her background is in history, research, and teaching. Rachel is interested in litigation and spent her summer at the U.S. Attorney's office in Northern Florida. She enjoys amateur carpentry and the great outdoors.
Director of External Outreach - Michael White
Michael White is a 2L born and raised in Staten Island, New York. He attended Boston College where he double majored in Classics and Philosophy. Before attending law school, he taught high school English for four years. He spent this past summer working as a summer associate for Dwight Capital in New York City. This summer, he is heading back to New York City to work as a summer associate for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver, & Jacobson. Outside of the Federalist Society, he is an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, a research assistant for Professor David Hoffman, the academic director for the Youth Education Project, and a member of the Tennis Club. In his free time, he enjoys watching and discussing sports and playing chess.

Director of Community Service - Taylor Hertzler
Taylor Hertzler was born and raised in Elverson, PA. Although the English and Music degrees he earned from Westminster College in 2018 might be otherwise useless, they were enough to earn him a spot in Penn Law's 1L class that same year. To balance out the intense hours of reading and writing for law school, he spends his leisure time also reading and writing or else watching Jordan Peterson lectures. In addition to his Federalist Society involvement, Taylor is a member of the Christian Legal Society. He spent his 1L summer interning on the Third Circuit for Judge Stephanos Bibas.
